JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering & Project
Management Practice.
They provide Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Traffic
engineering design and consultancy, project management and PSDP
services.
Our client is currently seeking a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer.
You will be working on a range of developments from small to
multimillion euro
developments in Commercial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, educational
and
Industrial sectors.
You will assist the Building Services Electrical Engineer(s) with the
following:
Responsible for assisting in the design and management of service
installations on a variety of projects.
Liaise with design team members, site contracting staff, and Utility
Providers.
Design, scheduling, checking, and reporting on specifications and
design drawings
Planning, designing, and drawing development using AutoCAD / Revit and
other software packages of design and administration.
Offer solutions to design issues.
Coordinate their work with other members of the project team
Attend meetings with clients, architects, and consultants
Planning the work and organizing the design documents to meet
deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
Have completed or working towards a Degree in Electrical or Building
Services Engineering.
EU passport, Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G Irish visa
Recent graduate or graduate with 1 years’ experience of working in
Building Services or Construction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft, MEP Revit and CAD systems
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills and the ability
to work well with others in the pursuit of team objectives.
Excellent negotiation skills with outstanding verbal & written
communication skills.
Driving license.
Must be energetic, proactive and demonstrate a good work ethic with
excellent references
